Ava and her literacy group had been reading a book called Rawena bread. It was about a girl who made maori potato bread with her family. Over the weekend Ava did the same with her family and brought it to school to share. It tasted delicious. Well done Ava you have been making connections to your reading and you are a fabulous baker!

Cyber Safety

We are so lucky to have Mrs Grant visiting us from Manaiakalani every Wednesday to teach us all about using our iPads and cyber safety. This week we started exploring the app "Explain Everything" which we will be using a lot during our learning time in Hub 10.
We are already becoming experts with the iPads and are loving using them!
